Today I recieved one of the best and precise asymetrical bobs ive ever had! I was a walk in and yall took me in with no problems and with out a wait. A few months a go I recieved a cut from a different company and she went a little crazy on one side of my head with a huge chunky layer out of nowhere up on my crown. It was the only one on my head and it has been bugging me like crazy while i waited for it to grow out a little to be blended in with a shorter cut. So today after explaining to CC what happened she was very patient with me and explained every step she was taking. She was so intricate and would not let me leave until every strand was perfect. She was amazing to say the least! This experience reasurred me about good hair stylist and I will for sure be coming back for my next trim. CC also introduced me to the "bump it" powder, how did i not know about this before?!? I love it! Thank you again for everything!!

'I made the mistake of going to another place to have a trim and walked out without half my hair in tears. I took a chance and walked into your Salon and walked out glowing and I will never go anywhere else. Even my husband noticed, and as any woman knows that means a lot. Salon Palomo is not only beautiful and amazing ,but every one is professional and more affordable than the hair chop shops.'

I love this SALON, I found Lauren H. and she is the best stylist I have ever found. RUN, Don't walk, and ask for Lauren, she is the most professional and talented girl in Corpus Christi.

I have been getting my hair cut with Maria for over 5 years, and watched SALON PALOMO grow from a small 800 sq ft facility to 3,500 sq ft with massage, and spa services. So friggin cool. Maria is the best there is, I bet the person went to the wrong Maria, there are two of them that work there, make sure you ask for the owner

good price good service. i havent been able to find the right hair dresser but TrayC changed that all for me. at first when she suggested some highlights i was a little afraid. i had been to another high end salon and wasnt happy. i wasted so much money going there and getting my ends fried off she did such a good job and my ends feel so smooth. im so glad she offered such a great service a specail that had already ended!! im definetley going back !!!she is my stylist for life. i finally found a good hair dresser that cares about my hair!! totally satisfied!!

I spent the last two years hopping from salon to salon all over Corpus Christi, and it was difficult to find anyone who could give me acceptable highlights, and a cut, that is..until I found Salon Palomo. Salon Palomo was awesome...they got me in without an appointment, and some girl named sheena gave me beautiful highlights, and Maria cut my hair. These girls were awesome. I have finally found my slice of heaven.

Had a beautiful experience at Salon Palomo in Corpus Christi, Texas. I just moved here from Florida, and I was attracted to the place by the beautiful website, and determined that this was the right choice for me. First, they are a Paul Mitchell Salon, and all the Paul Mitchell Salons I have ever been to have always been top-drawer. Second, the place was beautiful. Way over the top for Corpus Christi, Texas. So I was delighted to discover this excellent salon. I had my appointment with this wonderful lady named Skye, and she was great. She had techniques that seemed like something you would expect in Rome or NYC. I got a color, highlight, and Cut, and everywhere I go I get tons and tons of compliments. If you like great salons, I would tell everyone go there, they have full body waxing, nails, and the place is huge!!!

This is the most awesome place. You will feel like a princess when you leave. You pay for what you get. If you dont believe you are worth the cost then dont come here it is as simple as thaaaaaatt! Maria is the best; however all the people working there are beyond belief trained by the best. I would recomend them above anyone else.

I recently went to Salon Palomo to get a cut and highlights. I was a bit apprehensive as this was a new place for me and I am very particular about my hair. Let me say that they exceeded all of my expectations! Maria and Vicki are AMAZING! The color I got is absolutely beautiful and the cut is edgy, trendy and exactly what I wanted. They listened to all my requests while at the same time making the best suggestions for me. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely welcoming and helpful. I really felt as if they valued me as a customer and they went out of their way to make it a good experience for me. Highly recommend.

I went to Salon Palomo on Saturday to get ready for the 4th of July, and got highlights, and a color and cut. The work was awesome and the stylists were rather friendly.

I have floated from Salon to Salon, tried the most popular salons in town, and heard great things about Salon Palomo, but never gave them a chance. Yesterday, I went in for the first time, and it was incredible. They are totally the most talented hairstylists in Corpus Christi. They gave me awesome highlights, color and a cut for a price that was 1/2 of what the supposed great salon of Corpus does, and it looked twice as good.

Salon Palomo never fails to impress. Its a beautiful salon with a very friendly, helpful staff. I recently had color, highlights and a cut with Skye, and as always it turned out amazing!! She is an incredible stylist who listens to clients and always offers advice that you shouldn't hesitate to take. I highly recommend asking for Skye if you are looking for a new salon and sytlist.

The best part of my day was stepping foot into Salon Palomo!! After being stood up by my hair stylist at another Salon on Staples, I drove down holly and decided to stop by Salon Palomo to see if they take walk-ins. I was greeted by Anthony and without any hesitation he said yes, we can get you in right away. There was NO wait time, I was attended to immediately!! The staff was all so friendly and the Salon is absolutely BEAUTIFUL, unlike any salon Iâve been to in Corpus. Monica applied my color! She was very professional and knew exactly what color to apply based on what I told her I wanted. I was fortunate enough to have my hair cut by the owner Maria!! I LOVE my new cut, but best of all, my husband couldnât stop staring at me when I got home!! Maria is extremely knowledgeable on hair color, cut, & maintenance. She offered very helpful information on the upkeep of my hair. I just wish I had walked into the Salon years ago. I canât wait to return for my next appointment in November!!!

I am the biggest fan of Salon Palomo, I went there 10 years ago when they opened up in Larry Watson's old place, and I have watch them on TV and in the fashion show. I have stayed with them through the years, and I can see that they are the place in town where the best stylists and nail techs go to work, get paid well, and do a damn good job. Congrats Maria and Anthony, your hard work has made you guys famous!

Love it, My wife went there for a bikini, and brazilian wax, and it was unbelievably professional, and nice. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a great job, and a high degree of professionalism.

I went into Salon Palomo for the first time Sat 10/15/2011. I have really curly hair and went in with it down to my waist and needing something different. Its hard for me to trust anyone with my hair because it's curly. I dont want to walk out with a puff on top of my head. I went to Lauren who "listened" to my concerns, looked at a reference picture I took in and I walked out the happiest woman ever. LAUREN IS DEFINATELY MY GIRL FROM NOW ON!!!! She cut about 12 inches off and it feels amazing now. I can flat iron is straight and it still has shape, I can wear it curly and it looks great. I even got very subtle highlights. My experience was amazing. Thanks, Lauren!!!

Just got my Group On Redeemed, and was not expecting the level of respect, and good treatment that these master hair dressers gave their public. They really spent a lot of time finely crafting a look for me, and I never looked better.

I bought a Group On for Salon Palomo, and I had my treatment done with Tracey, and she also did the cut, and it turned out really awesome. She was so real, and down to earth. I loved the salon, it was very elegant, and the people were really nice to me and even allowed my kids to get free nail painting. It is good to see that someone is keeping good deals, and good work.

Found this Salon after hoping all over Corpus trying find someone who is good with Curly Hair. I met Lauren at SALON PALOMO and she was incredible. I was so please with her cutting skills I scheduled Hilights next week, when I can find a babbysitter.

I took 2 of my kids to palomo and they love their hair! I was super impressed by how friendly the owner is and how knowledgeable the stylists were- felt confident in them before they even began! I will be going back for my younger sons cuts and other daughter- maybe I could even talk my picky husband into giving them a shot! We just moved here from Austin and I had a really bad experience with my hair 4 yrs ago at a salon and have been afraid to try again but I feel good about palomo and I myself will go soon- not only do they appear to be outstanding stylists but I actually look forward to going! Heard they will have massage and will soon be doing a reality tv show! I'll be writing again after my next visit!

I used to go to another salon, until the girl who worked there quit, well, the owner tried to do my color and cut, and it turned into a disaster. She even tried to fix it, but she was rushed because she had another client, and in frustration she told me to get the f--k out! Wow, now that was pretty sad.

I saw the website of Salon Palomo, and I recognized the girl who used to work at the other place, and I immediately made an appointment for a color correction, and haircut correction. Needless to say, Lauren Hause did an amazing JOB!!! She is one of the best hairstylists in Corpus Christi, and the salon she went to is awesome. Anthony the salon manager kept the wine, and the good atmosphere flowing, and they even stayed till 10:00 PM to fix the mess that the other place left me. SALON PALOMO is my new home, and here is the kicker, they charged me less to fix the mess, then I paid the other place to create.

Anthony asked me 'not' to write this review, but this is the truth and I am telling everyone in town not to go to the other place, and to go to SALON PALOMO!!!!! I love this salon, they are classy, reasonably price, and best of all they are down to earth people. They don't pretend to be high-class just because they run a successful salon, they are real people who discuss real things, and the time spent with them feels like time spent with friends.

I had the best salon experience of my life. I went to Salon Palomo after being scared to cut and color my hair in Corpus Christi. I had heard so many horror stories, and I was afraid of becoming another one of those stories. The Salon is gorgeous, I have never seen such a nice salon, and the fact that it is in corpus, is just icing on the cake. The stylist was named Lauren Hause, and she was so damn talented. She knew exactly the color, and the cut that I was looking for, and executed it with perfect skill. Such a great stylist. I am reffering my whole family to her.

I originally went to the salon because of the website and video. The salon as awesome as the video, the place was a beautiful, totally professional and the staff who were not with a client were cleaning and keeping the place in shape. The first haircut with Maria was great, just what I wanted, the best cut I ever had.

Went to Salon Palomo this past Saturday for my wedding and had a great experience. I had an appointment with another stylist, and they double booked me. Luckily, salon palomo saved the day. The up do was awesome, and I even got nail art.

The first time I went to Salon Palomo I was needing someone to fix some bad highlites from another salon that I will not mention... I had no idea who Romina was I just wanted anyone to fix it, so she said I know what to do, u will like it.... I was so happy with how she fixed my hair and I have been goin to her ever since... Needless to say when i first went there she was not a friend/aquiantance, i was a complete stranger and she treated me like I had known her forever.

BY FAR THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE SALON!!! I had very high expectations of this salon because of all the great reviews i heard! Well definatley for me! I admire them because the girl had to bust her butt to remove all the HEB dye from my hair.

Went there for the special sale they had a week ago and I loved it. I used to go to the mall to get my haircut and roots, and I was never that thrilled. I was totally thrilled with the job Romina did on my hair. Ask for the German Girl, she rocks!!!

An amazing salon, I never colored my hair before, they made me feel comfortable and happy. The results were awesome, and all of my friends were very impressed with the beautiful work they did, and want to come to Salon Palomo also.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, I went there with black in my hair which is the hardest color to remove, Most salons would have charged me hundreds of dollars to rinse my hair, and reapply this chemical over and over gain in an effort to remove a 'direct' dye, which even bleach will not remove. They worked on it for four hours, and the bill was only $170.00. I realize that the more I see them the lighter, and lighter I will be able to go, but for the safety of my hair, they were treading carefully.

I went there for the 99 dollar special and felt like a million dollars, thanks salon palomo for being so awesome

You walk in and know you are in a real salon and man were they ever busy. I was in and out in 30 minutes and very happy. Maria is great and Jessica who washed and dried my hair was great. I went there today with the worst hair I have ever had, by the time I left I can tell you we have been all over te world to all kinds of spas and I left with a color and cut that I actually can't beleive ended so great, it;s really hard to find the right new place but i can gauarentee that I paid twice as much for them to do such a grat job and I left so happy that my husband was really happy before he left for work....that' how great I felt. maria and her staff are quite surprising. I have traveled alot and have had many good and bad experiences at salons all around the country. Salon Palomo is one of the best experiences I ever had. The staff was curtious and the prices were fair and reasonable.

ask for Gina: I got my first haircut after growing it out for nearly two years here. I met Gina and I just asked her to make me look beautiful and she knew exactly what to do. She gave me a long, layered cut that was easily maintained and still long enough to pull into a bun because I'm in the military. Today, I went back and asked to get a couple of inches cut off and she did an encore performance. She is a great stylist. I would definitely recommend her.

The salon is like an oasis in a sea of bad salons. I finally found a place where i can get my nails done, my hair and a brazilian wax. What a great salon, i would not go anywhere elseâ

I have traveled throughout the country, and due to my travels I have experienced a wide-range of salons. Sadly, when I am in corpus the haircare is downright frightening, I found salon palomo to be the only salon i have went to in corpus to have a good staff, with a good attitude and the right price.

This was my first time visiting Salon Palomo after not being too impressed with my last hairstyle from Anthony's. Everyone was very friendly and my hair is the best anyone has ever made it. Marissa understood and listened to how I wanted my hair done and now I have amazing hair to prove it :) I will definitely be going here from now on!

I've had the good fortune while traveling & living allover the world w/my husband for his job & for the past 3 years we've been in Corpus. At one time Jose Eber was even my hair stylist, but for many years while traveling & living in Spring,TX my stylist was based in Houston. His hourly fee is $250.00, but no place in the world has made me feel more at home or given me a better cut or style than Maria & her wonderful "FAMILY"!!! Cause family is how I feel about all of them when I'm at Salon Palomo.

My friends all go to Salon Palomo and go to Ashley Riff who is an awesome stylist. I tried her out yesterday for highlights, color, and cut, and then had nail art with Vickie. I love it, and I am already getting compliments.

This salon is professional !!! the owners boyfriend was very nice and kept trying to start conversation to make me feel comfortable. Not only that but my haircut was great and my nails were just BEAUTIFUL !! All the workers kept talking about interesting things and acted like i was the center of the universe.

I have been going to Salon Palomo since 2002, and I would not go anywhere else, they are a great salon, and they know how to treat their customers. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had a great experience at Salon Palomo. I had a new stylist, Jennifer, and she was great. She really took into account what yo wanted and gave great suggestions--not overly pushy at all. The staff was friendly and made you feel comfortable. Overall, great service and worth the price.
